Community guidelines

Effective date: September 8, 2023

Stay paws-itive!

This community is meant to be enjoyable for everyone. Remember, our goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for all pet owners. Let's work together to make this community a paws-itively awesome place by following the guidelines below.

Our guidelines

Be kind and respectful

Treat everyone with kindness and respect, just like you would with your pets. We're all here to share our love for animals.

No spam

We're all for supporting pet businesses, but we also want to keep our members spam-free. Reach out to us to discuss promoting your service or product and we'll guide you on doing it respectfully.

Mind your language

Keep the conversation family-friendly. No offensive of explicit language or content, please!

Stay on topic

Try to keep discussions related to the channel's topic. If it's a dog channel, talk about dogs; if it's cats, chat about cats. It helps keep vital information organised for all our members so it can be tracked down easily.

Share your knowledge

We value your expertise. Share pet care tips, advice, and experiences, but remember, we're not vets. Always seek professional advice when needed.

Ask before sharing media

Before posting pictures or videos of someone else's pets, or of them, ask for permission. It's the respectful thing to do.

Privacy matters

Protect your personal information and be cautious about sharing sensitive data.

Handle disagreements respectfully

If you disagree with someone, that's okay! But let's keep discussions civil and constructive.

Report, don’t fight back

If you come across something that violates our guidelines, report it to the Pawdly community team instead of engaging in conflicts.

Be Patient

Not everyone may respond immediately. Give members time to join the conversation.

Sound good?

Be a part of our friendly, supportive pet community.
